Process upon check-in was efficient by new front Office staff. Hotel lobby was clean and beautiful, safe entry measure applied since Covid-19. Guestroom signage was well arranged and easy to locate the room. When entre the room toile was clean and properly arrange. Room bed was comfortable and sufficient power outlets for our gadgets. Tv channel have most variety to view and closet have sufficient hangers for clothes. There is minibar , safe box in the closet. The best thing is that hotel provide pvc slipper 2 set in the room for us( guest) to use to go out for walk. Overall we felt like a home will staying in the hotels.

Reception staff very friendly & made check-in process smooth. Doorman very helpful & clear in instructions. Room was clean & comfortable. Housekeeping staff very diligent & prompt in servicing room. Fridge & electric kettle provided. TV had screen mirror so can watch any program from smart phone & tablet. Bus-stop in front & mrt 2 stops away. Location near to Newton food centre 2 bus stops away. United Square shopping mall & Veocity Novena Square shopping mall all within walking distance. Value for money, included free American/Local breakfast.

Very good location, 10-minute walk from Velocity/Novena Square malls & Novena MRT. Bus stop just right outside hotel door. Our family room clean & is spacious compared to other budget hotel at the same price. Edequate facilities provided, air con works so well that we dont have to turn it on when sleeping. Though no water bottle at each room, there is water dispenser at each floor for self-filling (for free), thumps up for a sustainable initiative 👍 Staff are friendly & flexible to adapt to our late check-out.

Room was spacious,old but clean. Breakfast has lots to choose from. Everything is nearby,could reach walking distance from malls,church to resto, and MRT. Very friendly staff and excellent service. They're willing to help. Toilet bidet would be great and clear info for extra charges for small children in the breakfast so guests won't be surprised.

Staffs were very friendly,great customer service and very helpful. Staff rate 10/10 We checked in for 2 nites but kept extend our stay till our very last day .6 nites the place is very easy location to Train ,airport and mall ,food ,Moni exchange
